Oluwatoyosi Suwebat Oladipo is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of cognate experience spanning policy formulation, banking supervision, economic and financial data analysis, fraud & crime examination, business development and management, industry research and market watch & analysis, legal consultation (research, drafting), and contracts review & negotiations in the private and public sectors. Her roles at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), included licensing and approval of regulated entities, policy development and reviews, on-site & off-site examinations of financial institutions, intelligence and data driven targeted examinations on foreign exchange transactions, and representing the CBN in national assignments with significant impacts on the financial system and Nigeria’s obligation in the international stage.

Oluwatoyosi’s commitment to optimizing processes and fostering growth through her specialized skill set was evident during her tenure as a Strategy Consultant at Suburban West Africa where she played a pivotal role in crafting product models and facilitating the company’s strategic expansion into the Ghanaian market. Her contributions encompassed devising pricing strategies, implementing customer segmentation tactics, and monitoring the progress of key product initiatives.

She holds the esteemed title of Chartered Banker, complemented by an MBA from Bangor University, Wales, and a B.Sc. in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a distinguished member of the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) in Scotland, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Compliance Institute, Nigeria (CIN). She has also attended various intensive training programs on Data Analytics Essentials (McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, USA), Financial Intelligence & Forensic Investigation (Deens Corp Royale, UK), Financial Market Analysis (International Monetary Fund), and Introduction to FinTech (University of Hong Kong). Oluwatoyosi has also successfully completed the very prestigious Central Bank of Nigeria’s Bank Examiner Course (Levels 1-3).
